One of the reasons why I have an AA is that whenever I open a set, let us say 5 girls, the other girls look at me while gaming their friend, like for a loooong time. errr....
How do you guys handle this?

No, engage the group. Don't show too much attention to your target at first then when you've gained comfort with the group move in on the woman you're after. That way you've built up rapport with the group, the girl and they don't mind you speaking to their friend and she actually welcomes the interaction with you.

Indeed, engaging the whole group seems the best option. How far you go with it, you should decide for yourself.

But you could start of with a: "hi guys, I like your vibe", "hi guys, you look like fun" or "hi guys, you all look chill".

A bit later, you can tell her friends: "she really is a pain in the ass, isn't she, but don't worry I'll hit on her the whole evening, so you guys can relax, alright"? (Here or a bit later as you will, you might move her away from her friends, depending on the situation... for example if they say: "no we love her", anticipate by saying: "well despite everything she makes me go through, I kinda love her too. She'll be safe... it's me you've to worry about, I might not be strong enough to survive her...")

Oh and I like this one: "where is my drink?" -"What drink?"
-"The drink you are buying me..." And if she acts bitchy about it you can cover it up with: "okay relax, Ill buy you the first one, but only if you buy me the next 100"...

Entertaining the whole group is a waste of time.

Open the girl you want. After a little bit, (like when they are starring at you would probably be a good time to do so) acknowledge the friends and talk to them for a bit. You don't have to tell them your life story... Just show them you're not a fucking weirdo and get them to like you a little. Then move right back to your girl and continue.

Don't try and run Indirect game in a high energy environment. It's too loud and messy to able to consistently engage an entire group of 4 or 5 girls.
