How to deal with jealousy?

I'm with someone who gets constant messages from other guys, gets in emotionally connected conversations with dudes all the time, and receives compliments about her looks on a constant basis. It's starting to bother me less and less, but

what is the way to blast insecurities in a quick way that result in these bullshit jealous feelings during these situations?

in essence how do I man up and deal with this shit?

All girls are constantly getting hit up by some random guy or another.


Here's the truth: If she's with you it's because on some deep level she genuinely believes in you and the relationship.

there's no reason to be jealous. You have the skillset to date beautiful women.... you know what 97% of men don't know

If she's doing u wrong it'll come to surface so don't even let it phase you. Just enjoy your time with her... the less you let it bug you the less chances that she'll cheat on you.
