They don't care about a "sweet guy who will cherish them" - sure, that sounds good on paper, but what does that sort of reasoning usually translate into in reality?

A doormat who does whatever she wants, and doesn't have the balls to take control, make moves and who puts her needs above his own every single time.

The OP seems opposed to changing his sexual strategy in a meaningful way, instead saying, "I don't actually have to change myself (change is hard! And she COMPLAINS about these douchebags she is fucking, so she must not truly like them!)" when in reality, he's her tampon, and she complains about them because she is annoyed that she is attracted to guys that don't give too many shits about her. It's just useless bitching to someone she doesn't view as a sex partner, and he's reading it as, "She doesn't truly like these guys! YAY TIME TO JUMP ON THE SEX TRAIN!!!!! I JUST HAVE TO SHOW HER I'M DIFFERENT!" - which is an absolutely wrong interpretation, which will not lead to him having sex with this girl.

I also want to point out that these "douchebags" may actually be perfectly decent to her, but she's too clingy or something like that after she fucks them, hence why they drop her. Have you considered that, OP? Maybe this girl just sucks at dating, and you're absorbed into the idea that she's fantastic because she's not fucking you, and not invested in you.


Why is she so special? This is a pretty clear case of oneitis.
