dude i was just like you i started 3 months ago. I thought i was a pretty confident guy but when it came down to it i got Bitch Butterflies. Whenever i approached i would not get anything. So what did i do i made my friend see what we were doing and me and him started out around the same time we both fixed each others weak points. he said just speak with more confidence escalate your voice.
