There is this girl that i went to school with but soon after she came to that school I transferred to a different school... the thing is i would like to ask her out through FB as i don't have her num and i never see her again, but the problem is she is REALLY smart and i doubt that PU methods would work on her, keep in mind that we never talked that much, so do you guys have any suggestions how to open her and proceed on meeting for a cup of coffee and from there on. thanx

Just write to her and have a normal conversation. Easy. If she seems interested then just push for a date.

What's this supposed to mean? Can you give some clarification? This doesn't make any sense to me.

Open her on facebook then get her number on there. Game works on all women. No amount of intelligence can override their biological evolution. Keep it fun and short then once you've built some rapport suggest you go get drinks sometime. And by drinks I mean alcohol not coffee.
