So my boss is a blonde 8 and shes pretty great but kinda party girl mentality so whats a good way to just approach her with today's no work place relationships but still be smooth enough to get away with it

Man. I think you should first evaluate if its worth the risk of your job though.

I mean employee...? I can understand...but boss? That might lead to some

Sleeping with you boss or coworker will as good as always lead to either...

1. You become a couple of some sort and get along and everything is fine, a little bit too good though, and you won't be able to concentrate on your job. The risk is that you will either ruin the business, or make sure you both get fired, or something else.

2. You just sleep together and one of you want more... That person will inevitably be hurt and things will go awkward.

Choose one of the above, or stay away from your boss. As a third option, date your boss but quit your job.
