There's a few issues here:
Everytime my Ex talks to me I feel anxiety like not to mess up and if I say something wrong it will mean I'm bad a pu. I constantly think about her and haven't been with a girl (relationship-wise) since. I want to go back but here's the thing:

This girl is bad for me, she made me feel bad about myself and my self-esteem so now I engaged in a depression, and feel extreamly insecure about all the things she said. Yet, we had a lot of good moments but I couldn't trust her cause I felt she'd cheat.

So now it's harder to talk to girls cause my personality and spontaneity and naturalism has been crippled by depression and anxiety and insecurity. If you can shed light on this you'd help me MORE than you'd ever know. What's worked for me is to literally NOT CARE if I get her, lose her, do good or bad. But I forget to have that mindset sometime cause I'm in a low confidence state.

So she left a comment on my Fb asking 'what my band name stood for anyway' I'm gonna' respond with "It's a secret shhh!" lol

nothing will work better on a girl then not responding to her facebook messages, if a person is toxic to you, responding to them gives them favor to the way they behave. to hold the power you have to have domain over your responses

I should note: it's been like 5 months since we've departed and haven't really talked since. I didn't answer he immediately, I haven't yet, and don't innciate conversation. Not responding I think can be mean? Or maybe I'll wait another day? You're right about holding my power.

All though there's a lot of the issues here I'd like for you guys to address
