Also i live in the midwest which certainly does not help me.... but like I said there is this one large guy who goes to my school who is able to hook up with the girls that are rejecting me..

Why should you spend money for something you don't need? If you think you need plastic surgery it's because girls don't stick with you. So, now the real question: why do girls stick with other people and not you? You should ask this to yourself.
Anyway, you probably just dont have understood how all this pickup works. Let me tell you this: in pickup 90% of the thing you say to a girl comes across your body language and just 10% across what you say. If you are not sure of yourself you will reflect this with your body language and girls won't be attracted to you. They like mentally strong men, not little pussies that cry because they think they are not good looking enough.
What i think your problem is, is that you have zero self-confidence and girls smell this even if they are miles away from you. Work on your body language and on your self confidence and I'm sure you'll see the results.
