So - two things:

1) I wouldn't mention it AT ALL. Like it never even happened. She may not have been as creeped out by it as you think.

2) I'm assuming you want to fuck this girl? You don't really say... If you don't - and don't really care about her as a potential lay, who the fuck cares? If you do, refer to #1 above.

I don't think you look like a creep to her. You should have made a joke like "You're going out wearing that?" or something to break the ice.

She might have liked the fact that you were admiring her.

Relax dude, she probably has guys looking at her a lot.

Embrace the fact you're attracted to girls, jeez!

Don't make it worse by making a big deal out of it.
