So i am running into a ceniro where i have no idea what should be my next move so i would like to consider other people opinion and ask this question: If you were me what will be your next move ?

Long story shot: i meet a girl she is cool and crazy about sex and while she & me become as FWB she see other guys which is cool by me

so her other guy got jealous and contacted me and then she and him talked and ended their fwb relationship. which give me advantage of being FWB and Good friend with her. So i used my next move which is to introduce her to my friend and she and him hit it off and went for crazy sex but now the game changed as she and him hanging out and she stoped seeing me or even txting me and all our plans went out of windows.

See i am not Jealous nor i care for her nor i like her but for some reason i feel bad and down and feel not good. I guess i am angry at my self for losing again and again which cause me feel bad and confused but i am staying Strong and started hunting and got 2 girls talking to me now but still i feel so so angery at myself but in same time i dont want lose my friend nor the girl as she can bring more girls in future and throw my friend i could get girls but that is talk for talk now nothing real.

I have helped my friends in the past with girls and gf and so on they never return favor back and i feel bad about that but nothing i can do to change that so i move on as i am good friend and good wingman the problem is i never had a good Wing Man as true friend like i am and i dont trust anyone based on my past experience.

This is first time i shared a girl that i actually fucked first with a friend but all this is expected to be honest and at same time i had few girls who bill out on me so now i am totally alone with no women in my life but i am talking to 2 girls one is so uggly and i might not even meet her and second one she is cute and yong so that is A + but i dont know if it will lead to anything.

at same time i am happy for my buddy as this whole thing is not his fault so me and my buddy are cool but i am not sure about the girl now as we had plans to meet and have fun or sex or even meet couples or single women and mybe perhaps me and her and my best friend can do threesome but all that is gone with the wind.

Please note: my buddy will try to hook me up with girls but i am 100% sure i wont be lucky enough for that as no man helped in the past. it hard for me to trust people as said

i am always helping others so i will be supirzed if this actually happens which mean my bro help get cute girl to fuck

So i am not sure what should be my next move ?

I dont want to feel bad and same time i dont want to act like stupied too and i have feeling Players and PUA Guys who been dealing with WingMan and wingWomen have some experince in this and someone can perhpas give me a good advise as i will sleep on it for now

I was thinking for now stop talking to my buddy and let him enjoy good times while i sort out my feeling and meanwhile not even worry about the girl as that is done deal for me , but if she txt me i wont know how to reply back but most likey wont happen


Guys i really need to up my game and improve but it is hard when you been burn so many time by people you condiser friends and i am trying to be more open and try meet new people

Don't keep girls just because "they can give you more girls". That puts you in a needy position, which is the wrong frame. Besides, it's not a good idea to date a girl's friends. That will only mess things up and cause drama.

About your friend and his lack of gratitude... This should be a lesson for life to you. Never expect any gratitude from anyone! Ever! You will not get it. By giving things and doing nice things for your friends, you put them in debt - they owe you something. On the other hand, if you do something bad instead, they will indeed get revenge, since that is a pleasure. (I took this from the book The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene by the way). Be generous, give things, but never expect anything in return. In fact, you can never trust a friend. But you can indeed trust an enemy.

My advice to you is to ditch that girl and get over it. Don't rely on wingmen. Any other man, friend or not, is always a competitor. Go out and meet women alone instead. That is what I used to do.

Thanks that what i been doing now no luck with women but at lest i am trying to go to gym and coffee shop and do things alone now and learn from books. No more wingman for me and no more share women with anyone. i am my own true best friend and i am my own true wingman so that what i been working on.
