so went to the night club yesterday night danced had fun etc, there was this really drunk girl she started dancing with me real close hugging me and all, now I was confused what to do with her coz she was really drunk and i felt bad escalating to a kiss or maybe even take her home for drinks I felt wrong about kissing or fucking her and also a bit scared about what would happen in the morning after she finds out and isnt happy with what she did, she could call the police telling them that it was my fault.

Anyway I want to know is it moral or immoral to do stuff to a drunk girl? and also what are the risks associated with that i mean in terms of the police?

Sounds like an excuse to be honest pal, we weren't there, so we can't help. Its down to you to decide at the time If she is too drunk or not... I wouldn't worry about police because it takes 2 to tango.

Like I said, it sounds like you might of been afraid to take it somewhere and you kind of sabotaged yourself and used the "she is too drunk" excuse.
