Canned, bullshit routines won't help you to snag the girl you have a crush on. Even if they do work out, you will create a false image of yourself that you'll have to live up to.

Look more into Lifestyle than Mystery bullshit routines.

PUA Maxim: Leave the woman better than you found her.

Here's all you need with the chick you like: Walk up to her and say "Hey, do you want to head out tonight/tomorrow/this weekend?" You're the guy. You make the first move and being direct gets you an answer straight up: Is she or isn't she interested in you/is she available.

PUA is a lot more than The Game that's a story, not something that teaches you Pick Up. It's one hell of a motivator for getting into PU but if you seriously want to consider it you need to pick up books like Mystery Method and The Natural. I'm a huge advocate of integrating both of these styles into your game. Use Mystery Method for structure and theory on pick up and The Nature(By Richard LaRuina/Gambler) for mannerisms, body language, alpha behaviour and how to open and approach women as well as some easy but effective ways to speak to women and keep the conversation flowing.

After a while this will come naturally to you and you'll start getting attention from a lot of women. At the moment when I go out I find it incredibly hard to just have a woman see me as some dude she can just hang out with... This leads to situations where i'll like one woman -- usually the one that doesn't show as much enthusiasm as the others -- and have her friends pawning all over me then i'll end up feeling guilty for leading these other chicks on/having them attracted to me.

Having said that... The worst part about PU i've found is sticking to the frame of mind of a pick up artist and not letting stuff like that get to you.
