I have been studying this stuff for about 2 months now and I have actually seen results when I put it to use. I became more confident overall and I can approach girls at social venues such as parties and such with less anxiety than before. However I am naturally introverted and some days and some times throughout the day I am just quiet and I don't approach as often. It's not really that I'm shy, although sometimes it is even though I've approached before without problems. It's just sometimes it's almost like I don't feel like talking or all my thoughts any interactions are in my head not out of my mouth. Does anyone out there get this? When I"m in these moods and I'm out and about usually I'll talk to fewer people and force myself to be social and outgoing around campus, I have a lot of friends but I do spend about 50% of my time by myself studying and doing work in college and the other 50% with friends doing fun things or at parties. I know this PUA isn't suppose to change your personality, but I find that I have to put myself in a confident mood to do PUA material during the day and sometimes I am just not in a talkative mood and I'm shy, and some days I am completley confident and outgoing. Anyone have any suggestions?

I definitely have my socially off days. My routine of killing this feeling mostly consists of thinking through recent sets and picking them apart while giving a lot of non-HB strangers high fives on the way to a target rich field. A good wing man can also get you pretty pumped. but a portion of it may also be physical. I used to sleep a good 12 hours a day and cutting down to 6-8 hours really improved my state of mind. My most successful of sets have been sets that I didn't think about opening and practically sarged through on autopilot. Once you've opened enough sets to feel comfortable in set, be sure to be well aware that once you open, you will most likely glide through the set with little cognitive effort and this knowledge of your abilities will greatly help approach anxiety on these off days.
