I'm a bit older than the average clubber, early 40s though I probably look young and fit for my age. Just out of a serious 5 year relationship which probably ended partially because I backed down over time and gave her control... hence loosing my masculinity in the relationship.

I'm in Poland right now for the next 1.5 months (working). I tried approaches at clubs but cant even get a word out of girls. Mostly I get weird hand gestures (kind of like what someone does when presenting a table of food.... have no idea what it means, but I don't think its good).

One very hot girl eyeballed me but when I came over and spoke she just said "I Poland" and then turned away, embarrassed.... I guess that was the extent of her English, which is fine I don't speak polish so I don't judge. I maybe could have pulled her to dance, but was a bit discouraged.

Still, is there a good approach for situations where there is a language barrier at best, and no verbal communication at worse?

I believe that if you can't talk you can't game.

Communication and language is the basis of this.
