Which steps do you recommend to accomplish my goal?

You should have a goal in mind and do something every day to come closer to it.

I am 1.82 m tall, weighing 80kg, normal body, not muscular.

I want to be able to go to a grocery store, see a good looking woman with her boyfriend there, talk to her and make out with her outside.

Which steps do you recommend to accomplish this goal?

Don't try to talk me out of it.

You want goals - that one's more easily attainable, and you won't get the shit beaten out of you.

Well, in order to take a girl from a guy, you've gotta be better than him. So, make yourself better than that guy would be. Is a girl ever gonna make out with you with her boyfriend there? It depends on how long they've been together for one and second, she's probably not going to give a fuck about the guys feelings and third, you're just gonna be extremely lucky at the same time.

Think about the scenario you're making up dude... I dunno about you, but a girl who I really didn't give a fuck about, I probably wouldn't be at the grocery store with her. So the chances of running into a "couple" at the grocery store where you are actually gonna be able to "steal the girl" from (especially make out with her infront of him and her not stop you) are slim to none.

This is something that sounds kinda ridiculous to be a "goal." Maybe something you put on your bucket list of things to do in life... But actually working just to achieve this, pretty stupid. Set real goals for yourself. Make a million dollars this year.
