How to relax and enjoy "the process"? Help!

I don't consider myself a hard case beginner, although i've been struggling too much to change some aspects of my personality and having consistent worrying thoughts in my head. Its become to a point where I just can't enjoy going out with a girl cause i start getting too worried about my actions, how I'm feeling, what to do to get her to love me, how to handle her better, how not worry about what her friends think of me ( my looks suck haha)... and all this crap that drives me crazy. I know its ok to think about some points, try to make some stuff better… but sometimes id rather be a normal person who just goes out with a girl and just don't care about anything… doesn't even know theres a way to do better with girls.

I've been going out with a girl for months and every time before seeing her I start thinking the same things: " How is it going to be like today?", " Am I going to feel happy after this?", " Alright dude, stay calm, today things can get in order in your head today"… Seeing her is like a challenge. Living has been like a challenge, every second I'm thinking in my head about how to make myself more attractive. Going out with her is like a job… that i have to work hard in my head.

How can I see this hole pick up/improving yourself thing in a positive/better way? In a way that it is worth living it?

Dude you need to not care so much about the girl. I know that can sound bad but it comes from a good place. You see if you keep worrying about how it's gonna work and what's gonna happen you're not having an attractive mindset. Having this mindset will make you want to align your value with hers, this makes her in control and that is what you don't want. Adopt a mindset of just seeing how things turn out and not thinking about them, if you start to not care about how she thinks of you it will positively affect the way you are with girls since you will automatically act the prize. Things will definitely improve

You have a lot of stress, bro. Reduce it.

Do some morning sprints every other day or twice a week at the very least. 20 to 30 minutes of high intensity interval training will make you feel less stressed and more relaxed.

thanks guys… I've been doing a lot of meditation and its been good for many aspects… yea I'm trying to stay where Im at, i mean, just be cool with who I am today

HIIT + Meditation = Relaxed

Meditation is fucking useless if you can't breath in as much oxygen as you can. Now, if you're slightly out of breath and your heart is throbbing fast, you can breath in more oxygen this way and circulate the O2 fast enough all over your body.

Traditional Karate classes always involve meditation and it works really good when you're gasping for air and your body is throbbing from all of that pain. Oxygen relaxes your brain and cleans your system of the toxins that you get from food and drinks.
