There are two words (which I will distinguish in the citation below) that Mystery said recently that I do not understand (it may be because english is my second language):

"Top down approach is the way of being, how to be. A very important aspect of that in my opinion is truly letting go of your outcome. If you're affraid of rupturing your social value, the second you feel that fear.... rupture it!!!, wreck the set!!!, because, truly with 7 billion people on the planet it doesn't matter. It won't matter a year from now, it won't matter an hour from now. Once you get rid of that fear "turn it to a pirate billy" , do a social violation theory if necessary (...)"
- by Erik von Markovik

EXACTLY AND VERY PRECISELLY what "IT" did he have in mind? The way I understand those words is that he meant damaging social value..... that one should not be affraid to damage his social value and not being affraid to say: "I have a small di*k" or "I like to have sex with 4 girls at once" and other crazy stuff like that (I exagerated it ) . Not being affraid to say things which belong to the social violation - things which are not politically correct. And not being affraid to damage your social value. After all you will not see those girls tomorrow.

Can you please elaborate on HOW YOU UNDERSTAND what "it" did mystery have in mind in your opinion?

He means the "fear". Fear is the expectation of something bad, if you cause the bad thing to happen yourself then you realise after the event that the fear was ungrounded. Nobody pulled a gun and shot you, nobody ostracised you from society.

It's all in your head.

But is it linguistically correct in english to say "rupture the fear" ? Can one rupture the fear ? According to the thefreedictionary rupture means: a. The process or instance of breaking open or bursting. b. The state of being broken open. Can you break open the fear ?

Think of it this way. Say you're fearful of heights. You don't feel that fear all the time, as you're going about your daily life, the only way that fear actually comes out or breaks out into the open is when you come face to face with that fear by standing on the edge of a tall building. So you could say that this moment is the rupturing, the fear breaking open from it's cage that it stays locked behind when you aren't encountering that fears trigger.

It's a linguistic trick called a "Transferred epithet". It's used to make the concept more tangible by linking it to other mental constructs or schemas in your mind.

1. The Mystery advice is to rupture my fear --> get scarred) ? It doesn't make sense. Maby in this context "rupture my fear" has a figurative meaning suggesting facing my fear ?

2. Secondly, what is the connection between rupturing the fear and wrecking the set ?

The set is a sacrificial lamb to improve your inner game, it's disposable.
