I've been improving a lot lately and I'm happy with my progress so far (though still trying to move forward). There is, however, a problem I come across often. I will consistently number close girls and then they will text me first within the next few days (I usually try to wait a while before texting to seem not clingy and in the scenario I'm talking about they will text me before I get to it), then we talk and they will seem like they are interested, but then when I ask to hang out or go to some event together, they flake on me or don't respond. It seems weird because since they are initiating the conversation, I take that as an IOI but apparently it's not? This has happened with 3 girls (two HB 8s and one HB9 like damn bitch is fine) and it is frustrating because I have tried push/pull and gotten nothing, negging doesn't seem to work either, I even tried just cold ignoring them to try to build interest and no luck yet. I have since given up on all but the HB9 (our contact was established more recently so I'm hoping I can pull this one off *fingers crossed*) but I wanna avoid/know how to handle this problem in the future. Any advice?

A good way to ensure that your numbers don't turn into flakes, is to set up a day two or tell her that you'll want to meet up with her again during the set. What this does is, you're basically telling her: "The only reason I took your number, is to see you again"

Also, setting up a date should be the only reason to text a girl or to stay on her radar after she went cold. You can stay on a girl's radar by sending her a ping text once a week/month. When she hooks (responds quickly, laughs, invests in your texts....) immediatly set up a date.

If you're ignoring/negging/waiting and that isn't working, try the opposite. Don't lick their ass but is it really so bad to text a girl the same day/one day later after an interaction? No. Not if what you text them displays non-neediness and conveys the same non-needy behaviour I'm assuming you closed with. Also as Andre said, all the number really is, is a tool to set up another interaction or to bridge the time between your first meet and the second.

Yeah dude thats such an old school rule waiting a couple days to text first..in fact a girl ive been talking to for a little now said while we were texting "you was supposed to hmu (hit me up) days ago but you faked". This is after I took only 1 day to text her and that wasnt even on purpose I legit forgot to text her the day I got her number like a I said I would. Meaning she was looking looking forward to talking to me a lot sooner. Point is hit them up asap after number closing!
