This girl has point out, more than once, her shortcomings. She has said she has bad temper, mentioned her alergies, poor eyesight and bad back. She has mentioned her bad relationship with her father and her mother's depression.

I know I should be running away by now, but wtf is this? Is she testing me?

She probably has terrible self-esteem. I'd have to know the circumstances, but usually when a girl says something self-depreciating, I agree and crack a joke, then she feigns offense and I say something nice, then wrap it up with something shitty. Kind of like a sarcasm sandwich.

Example:

"My hair looks terrible today."
"It's okay, your hair looks terrible everyday."
"Excuse me?"
"Don't worry, it draws attention to how lovely your lips are. But seriously, I have scissors if you want to cut it."

Chuckle chuckle. It helps to diffuse without looking weak.

Obviously if she's upset about something, it's not a good time. Otherwise sarcasm or a "you look fine, come on let's..."

Yeah, that and a bit of comon sense. If she says her mother is depressed, don't say you know a good psychiatrist. In fact listen to what she has to say instead. Sometimes you just have to put your game on hold and be a human being.
