i hit a bitch shield yesterday ... def a sticking point ...

it was a girl I knew a little, I talked to her before, on about three seperate occasions.
I walked in and spotted her training. I approached her 3set and said :" my my, you look relaxed" while in fact, she was working out with very low energy. She replied :" Really? Relaxed? Really? You're must be joking! I'm frustrated as hell! I'm working out because I had a shit day!" turning to her friend :"Can you believe this guy? He's so full of shit!"
I kept my cool and said I didn't believe her and that she would be working out like a maniac if she was that frustrated. "c'mon bitch, work harder!!" She didn't see the joke and kept looking/talking to her friend.
I ignored her and talked a little to her third friend who was really nice.

After my work out most people already left, so i joined her 5set at the bar. She put up her bitch shield again, and i reacted back super aggressive. It felt like a cage-fight. After a while she realised i could make a fool out of her as easy as she did me. And i looked for eye contact ... nothing ... I diverted the attention to a nearby AFC, and help her talk a piss at him. The whole group was laughing at that poor guy after we joked him. Our eyes finally met smiling.
She left shortly after, a put out my hand and she gave me a low-five, eye contact and half a smile.

Do you think I did ok there?

I think you did. I wouldn't have been aggressive, but apparently it went all well. Where is the problem? Now just keep escalating etc.
