Met a girl at a party some time ago, only met, nothing happened.

It is now a few weeks ago - but want to ask her out.

Do you have any suggestions as to what I should write to her?

But I have no idea where I can "bump in to her" in real life.

And how are you going to write to someone you have seen only once and never seen again since then, hmm? Seriously, were you able to get her name and house/dorm address or maybe her PO Box number? Her email perhaps...
