Hi wassup

Im from South Africa thought ill say hello.
I have been in a relationship for 7 years and got pushed from side to side and in the end i decided to just leave her. So im so ruusty and i never knew that there is something like a PUA so thought ill give it a shot. Have alot more confidence these days been gyming hecticly for the passed 2 years so i look ten times better. Now where does a person start that is what i would like to know. I dont even know where to begin after 7 years.
