Hey gents, yesterday I finally got fed up with listening to Alpha Male guys telling Betas looking for advice on talking to girls to "just be confident"... it's not something that's easy for a confident guy to articulate or for an unconfident guy to understand. Before I started studying game I used to hear over and over again "just be confident, man", "just take charge dude" and now that I'm in a place where I understand things on a more deeper level, I took about an hour yesterday brainstorming and threw together a 15 min video breaking down confidence as best I can into a series of behaviours and attitudes that guys can emulate. Have you tried doing it with a smile?

Go stand in front of a mirror, and practice your smile and eye contact do it for some minutes a day, should help
