Hi gents. I have noted a tendency over the past two years that whenever I meet a HB10 and we talk. I always get the number close. However, when I get the number after a couple of SPAM messaging I get blocked. What could be reasons for this?

Do you find its only with HB10s..?

Are you talking to them after you get the number? Generally, after you get a number you should talk with the girl for atleast another 5 minutes or so (situation granting), to build up some more rapport. It makes you seem like youre not just talking to her to get her number, but youre talking with her because of a more real connection. They will be more likely to respond better

If you're getting their numbers and losing them after that, then you're doing something wrong during the actual messaging phase (or you're being boring/not fun enough).


Without knowing the context of your messages...

1) Are they creepy or could be construed as creepy?

2) Are they boring, typical question/answer they'd get from normal guys? IE: How was your day? Do you like things?

3) Are you using humor effectively?

(name). Then wait typically she will text or call u. If
She texts then your on text game. did agree that u are
Doing anything wrong - convo hasn't begun
Which means she gave u her number to feel
Wanted or to get rid of u..I. Always text something cool or different
Girls are either with it or not- move on if she's
Not going to text u - anyways.

And if you are only talking to her to get her number, how fucking insulting is that? And why do you guys prefer to continue your 'relationships' through texting? Grow the fuck up.

This guy is spot on.

The ONLY reason you want to text her is to get another date, you don't want a "texting buddy" right?

If she's ignoring you then most likely there's something wrong with the initial interaction. Your aim of the interaction isn't to get her number, but to talk to her and see if the two of you would like to meet up in the future. If you both do then obviously you need to exchange the numbers. But that's not the aim. Getting a number doesn't mean a thing.

That is so true :(. I suppose it is the high school scoring mentality. I will work more on personal interaction and avoid asking for numbers to see how it goes. I do not want a texting buddie because it is only an idea incepted to us to represent a model of a certain reality we can relate to. Thanks guys. I will update you as time progresses.
