Hey there
I meeted this girl 2 months ago in my college
I felt that there was great chemistry between us
But I let the attraction phase go on and on and I didn't even bother to create rapport
And I feel that I've lost it, the girl is now even disinterested she don't even make eye contact with me
So can I attract her again? And build rapport with her...

The girl knows that you didn't have the courage to approach her. You missed the window of opportunity, and if you miss the windows too often, you are gone.

So you can still attract her, but she will test you more (it will not be as easy if you approached her in the beginning). If you game is good, then you can attract her.

Let's start with attraction and showing some DHV. Attract, make her laugh, kino and let her invest in you. Do not bother about building rapport, since you are not there yet!!

Or maybe you can attract other girls and use preselection => she will get attracted. But you don't have to think about her at all.
