Getting back in shape getting back in style and dusting off my old skill set

Learned and practiced PUA while stationed in Portsmouth VA while I was in the Military Had allot of fun in Virginia beach and on the ODU campus

My biggest wonder is what has changed since then and how will being in my late 20s early 30s change the game any thoughts are appreciated
