I'm a programmer from Israel, up until recently I had a girlfriend for 2.5 years and before that another one for 1.9 years and so on and so on...

I broke up with my recent girlfriend to just live my life a little and dealing with the fear of not finding anyone ever again.

I'm going to the gym 4 times a week so I have a well built body and I have blue eyes and in the overall people say I look really good.

That's not my problem though, I just can't get the courage to approach a girl since I'm so shy, and even if I approach a girl and the conversation goes exactly as it should have, I still have no idea how to continue it from there.

Getting her facebook, her phone number doesn't really help me since I'm kinda lost on this stage.

I started reading "The Game" which gave me a general idea what PUA really means and how to use it to my benefits.

What would really help me is to watch a lot of videos of people in action (bars, street, mall, clubs) in addition of recommendations of must-read books.

In addition, I'd like your recommendations on what to read first in order to go this Thursday and get a girl's phone number or even kiss her.

I'm sorry if this post is too long but I have so many questions and I just wanna learn everything but I really need your help with that.

Hey man, I'm in israel as well. If you want to meet up I have some videos, from programs I could show you. What you basically need to learn is how to sexually escalate. I'd recommend checking out some of Adam Lyons's videos on that. He posts new stuff everyday so it could really help you out.
