I'm a student, and I haven't been in a decent relationship for about 2 years, so I feel like I don't know how to act around a girl I'm trying to date.

Well, I met a girl a few weeks back, and I don't know what it was, but something made me really like her. I fell, and I fell HARD. She went to a concert of mine Friday night, and we were planning our second date and all, and all of a sudden, she came up to my room, and asked me if what I had said was true.

I had told her something along the lines of "I want you to be mine," or something like that. She got really distant, and told me she's not ready for a relationship, and that she's hard to read, and she gives wrong impressions, and pretty much that she's not interested. It hurt, a lot.

How do I get her?

Well bro...the best thing you can do is try to hang out with her again and see where

she stands...but if shes not feeling you bro...I mean your just going to have to let

that one go...you can't force girls to like you back no matter how much you try bro.

I'm sorry but I think you lost her. Don't be quick when you try to get a girl, especially when you are not that experienced. I would have said "i want you to be mine" at least after a k-close (but a really good and long one). I think you came up as needy because you went too fast... And girls don't like needy guys.
