First of all, I know you have the eagerness to get out and learn all you can before you go but relax. Take a power nap before you go out, it will make your mind fresher. When you get up from the nap, do some quick exercises like arm circles, jumping jacks, for a few minutes to get your heart rate going, and then jump in the hot shower. Play your music while you get ready and shower, and get yourself happy

! Your state of mind is the biggest thing to worry about. This isn't like cramming for a test so don't worry about learning anything more. Just take the openers you have in your mind go out there and use them. Don't focus on any goals, just go out, have fun, and open. That's it!!!
