So I was with a colleague this weekend, we were drunk and it was just a little kissing.

It is of course the colleague who sits right across from me, 3 days a week ...

She is damn cute and I'd like a little more than kissing! But how do I say it without too great a risk that it will be awkward for her at work?

I wrote to her the following day, we could take a cup of coffee over the weekend, but she said that she was probably too "exhausted" to it - then i said ok, see you on Monday. Its Monday in the morning.

Btw. we are both from Scandinavia, but do not speak the language.. she understand me fine since she lives in my country, but I find it very hard to understand her.

That 'exhaust' answer was just an excuse..Probably she is not into starting something from someone from her workplace,lots of people dont want to combine these too...I suggest you play it low while you two are at work,dont get too intimidating,be the same as before,and continue talking to her outside of the workplace to build some more rapport !
