Hey everyone, long time no see.

I had this most weird thing happen to me two nights ago, and I'm not sure I handled it correctly, so I'm looking for some feedback. First, let me set the tone of the story.

There's this incredibly cute girl - HB10 - I've met online. We live near each other and go to the same bars.
We've went out three times. The first two times, we met at a bar with friends and we just hung out and drank. The third time we had dinner, movie and went to my place to drink and smoke some weed.
We talked a lot, started making out and then she froze because she was on her period. Anyway, I could've pushed harder but I really wanted to take things slow with her. On this third date my main goal was to make it clear that I don't wanna be her friend, and she got it.

Now, we arrive at the issue:
Two days later, I was in a Bad Religion concert here in Rio, and we're texting each other. It happens that she's at a bar right beside the concert, I was very excited about the show so I went to meet her afterwards. She left her friends at the bar for some time and came to pick me up. On our way to meet her friends she says
"We're going as friends because the guys over there friends with my ex, and I don't want them to know", and I went along.
Once we reached the bar I talked to everyone and went with my extrovert frame.
So there was me, her, a couple, and two other guys. One of the guys is openly gay and really talkative. The other guy was wearing a Punisher shirt (the superhero) and didn't talk very much.
Once we sat at the bar he was all over her. Lots and lots of kino. I was like 'This bitch is crazy, she invites me to see her making out with this dude? Fuck her I'm gonna turn the tide.'
Extrovert frame, talking to everybody. The bar closes down, we follow to the next bar. The guy keeps stalling so both of them stay behind. I stall too. The other couple are making out, so is basically me and the gay guy waiting for the HB and the beta.
We reach a sportsbar, and begin to play pool and I'm paired with the beta. Again, he's all over her. Once I turn to shoot or something, when I come back I see him leaning for the kiss and her pushing him back. I get really pissed, finish the game. I lost the temper, say goodbye to everybody and leave to fetch a cab.
She comes after me, asking what was wrong. The dialogue as follows:
- "Is it something wrong? Why are you leaving?"
- "Why do you think I'm leaving? Did you invite me to watch you make out with that dude?"
- "I'm not making out with him. He's my friend. And he's gay!"
- "Sorry, but he's not gay. He's all over you, he's wearing a "Punisher" shirt. The "Punisher" is the most badass heterossexual hero in Marvel. He's not gay"
- "Well, I'm telling you he's gay. He and the other guy make out occasionally. I'd want you to stay but I'll understand if you want to go"
- "So you're telling me I misunderstood?"
- "Yes."
... I hesitate...
- "Do you want me to stay?"
- "Yes".
- "Ok, I'll stay"

We went back to the sportsbar, played some pool, drank a lot and eventually the bar closed too. Since we live near each other and all of her friends live across town, we went to the bus stop so her friends wait for their buses.
All the way to the bus stop, the Punisher beta was kinoing her, and the gay guy was coming onto me. It was one of the most awkward situation's I've ever been. It's not that I'm homophobic - I have plenty of gay friends, and when they do that I just jokingly tell them to fuck off. But I was with strangers and I didn't want to make a fuss out of it.
So, whenever the gay guy came onto me, I tried to put her between me and him. And whenever I did that, the punisher beta would move her away from me. And we stayed chasing each other like this for about 10min (maybe a lot less, but I was really drunk and it seemed to last forever).

Anyway, eventually her friends left. We took a cab, I left her at her place. I made sure she noticed I was pissed during all the ride home. I left her home and went to grab a bite. 5min after she calls me and asks me if I'm still anywhere near her house and if I am, if she can meet me.

I say "OK, I'll wait you by your door". We went to the beach to see the sunrise, she asked me what was wrong and I told her the guy kept chasing her and the gay guy kept chasing me. And that I thought she was a poor friend leaving me alone like that and I was disappointed.

She asked for forgiveness dozen of times, I said "OK". I wanted to keep a "You have to work hard for me" frame, but she's so cute I couldn't hold it for long. We made out on the beach for a while and that was it.

It was a very weird situation, I'm still very confused. She said the guys is only her friend and that he's gay, but he was clearly cockblocking me the whole time. I may have to deal with it again in the future, so I'm eager to see what you guys have to say about this.
