How can I go from email > aim/number > number?

After a few emails basically invite her to join you on messenger by listing your Instant Messenger addresses. After some time of even a while of messaging you can say something like "I'm tired of all this typing how can we continue this conversation?" Then go for a number or in face meetup. I do this all the time with good results. Every contact type is a different level of comfort. So essentially make sure the conversation is going pretty well back and forth first before moving. Kind of like phase shifting in the field.
