Your frame is you're mindset, and in away how you see yourself. In life your mindset has a strong impact on the reality of your life. If you think you're a horrible person then your brain will align itself to see things in your life to confirm that reality as true. It's kinda crazy but this is probably the single most important thing in becoming a pua. The guys I see that are "puas" but never get results are guys with frame problems. If your frame is right you control the room. Don't allow a women to steal your frame, or another guy or possible "hater". My frame is simple in the fact that I know I'm a ladies man and I don't care. Beautiful women flock to me but I'm used to it by now so it's not a big deal. I'm not afraid to talk to women because I have tons of great women in my life. Some guys talk sh*t, and so do some girls but they're opinion of me is not important. Frankly it's nice to have a few people that dislike me it's not natural to be loved by everyone. What I can say is the people that are my lovers, and friends are the people I want to love me. The people that don't are people I don't care about anyways or want to talk to. Frankly because of this life I'm now becoming friends with some of the best pick-up artists in the game! My buddies at www.pickuppodcast.com have interviewed Neil Strauss. Well written Wild One. I completely agree most guys who don't get the results they desire is due to frame problems. I frequently am reminded of a mental image of the Oval Office, and the presidential desk where Harry Truman sat, he had a sign on it that says, "The buck stops here!" I relate that to myself. It all begins and ends in your head.

Been around the world twice, Talked to everyone once...

This is something I've been working on. I've noticed that if my frame is bad, I feel self-conscious, and there is no way I can even up a set well.

However, several times, this past week especially, I've noticed that when I have a very strong frame when being around and talking to anyone, it's almost like it radiates from you and the whole room can feel it. I've noticed girls checking me out and smiling at me when I'm in this postive-frame mindset.

It's like magic. I'm trying my best to keep this frame all of the time. The more I do it, the easier it gets

The frame is important, and to keep it solid, it has to come from your core. Zip and I have a couple of threads about this very thing on the forum.

Man, your frame is THE most important aspect of your overall game. NOT generic at all.

Yeah I've met Kim in Chapel Hill. She was at Kate's house after we went out for a night to sarge. Benjamin is a cool cat, and I like his style allot. The guys got allot to offer that's good for guys instruction wise. I was really impressed by him in Charlotte. I wish I could say more about Kim, but all I know about her is she looks great in a corset. My favorite askromeo girl as of right now is definitly Kate. I fell in love with her after she jumped on my bed waking me up after a night of sarging early in the morning screaming, "WAKE UP WE HAVE TO GO TO BREAKFAST!" That was a fun weekend me and a guy named Entice met allot of girls together. My second night was my best night I met a third grade teacher and she was amazing!! Miss her ....Anyways yeah I figured I'd plug them since I got a message from Ben. I kinda forgot about him after his going away party here and I need to get back in touch with him. I've got more students right now than I can handle on my own so I will probably send a few people his way. I need to train additional instructors.

Yesterday I was out on a private party, I was dominated the frame, and my game was pretty solid, I was not the guy over the running or dancing funny with woman, I don't know what you all about. But I picked up this hot 10 180 cm russian, and now I will call her in couple days and might end she will be girlfriend, frame and EC (Eye Contact) is the most important.


P.S. and the end couple guys came to me and shaked my hand and give me proops for what I did, I got the hottest girl of all time in that party yesterday, and they started to licked my ass I think, and all that night I had comments from guys telling me I was the man.
