She seems atracted to me but i think she's waiting for me to make the first move. Can you give me some tips on how to approach her at the party. It'll be easy to dance and talk to her, but how do i know if she's interested in more, maibe get a kiss and who knows what else happens?

Are you outgoing, the guy everyone thinks of as the "fun" guy to be around or are you more introverted and quiet?
If introverted just go up to her and say "Hey."
If extrovert just go up to her and be c/f with heavy kino.

Location: Groningen | | I do advice caution since this is a girl at your work. If it goes wrong it can become a sexual offence case. Don't develop one-itis and don't shit where you eat.
If you do choose to proceed, then do so with caution, and be aware of the potential consequences. Of course when it does work out it is really nice.
