hey guys... i was pissed when i wrote this i just cant seem to get ahead some guys are complete pricks .. yeah i was bieng a little malicious but i was close to losing my temper and smacking hes face in. yeah so it wasent just for the hell of it if you wondered but it would be intresting anyway to see if you could do it in a really suttle way... yeah im trying its so hard though i dont know how to get started with pickup coz i dont know many girls theres a couple of girls in my class i could go for but they seem to have judged me already and my friends r constantly bringing down my social status but i guess im just making excuses or whatever.

p.s. most alpha males have beaten up loads of people why the cant i?

First of all, you've got the wrong idea about what an alpha male is. What you're talking about is just a bully. Period. Usually, they are far from alpha actually.

Second, yes you are making excuses. Sure, it's gonna take you a while to start off and build up social proof and preselectin, etc. But, at the same time, it will be worth it. You have an image that you have to destroy first, then you'll have to build a new one from scratch. The best thing to do is just to get started. Start improving your body language, your confidence, etc.

Those guys that are blowing you out now and intimidating you now won't be able to touch you once you've built your inner game up.

It sounds to me that your still in school for starters. Thats one tricky situation. But it can be handled. First thing I would suggest is hang around the friends that respect you the most. Do not let your friends disrespect you in front of no one. If you have to pull them aside, tell them to never do whatever it is that they do again(lowering your social value). If there you friends, they wont do it again. Another thing, I dont think it would be wise to share with them what you are trying to do with <a href="">PUA Forum</a>. You could be giving them another excuse to be a pain in you ass and your just gonna end up and loose your cool.

I strongly suggest (and this is just a suggestion) to get the PUA Home Study Kit. This is not free and you will have to drop a few bucks. But it contains some exelent exercises you should do, and do not forget to fill out the PUA diary. This will help you analyze every situation after it occured so you can be more prepared and handle it better if that specific situation happens again.

Start off doing ALL the fieldworks. these are just examples of things you can do to loosen up a bit around people.
1. Go out one day and smile to 10 girls at school
2. Next time, smile and say hi or hey to 10 girls.
3. Next time, try opening up a single set (one girl alone), just open up, say hey whats goin on, dont you take (math,science) or whatver you want. You dont have to stay there long just open and leave elegantly. let her know that you will see her around later.

Oh yeah and stay clear from bullies/bully's or Jocks. Untill you can handle it. I also strongly recomend reading the (Alpha Male program for dating and relationships) this will give you a better understanding of what is an ALPHA MALES ROLE in society and how you can become one.

I'd have to agree with the general consensus. You'll only be making yourself look as bad as them. There are better ways to make them look bad without making yourself look just as bad. Don't let yourself go for a few seconds of gratification. You'll get them in the long run and it will feel so much better.

In the sense that I am suggesting, nothing is right and nothing is wrong and the only thing left is 'learning'.
I presuppose that ollie knows that if he gives hurt, the loop is gonna show him hurt back in kind. Though maybe not, but there comes an important point where one chooses to step into whatever power is required in order to manifest their will. It is, I think quite an important part of the the process to do some bad shit so you know what its all about.
