So this is A little technique that HAS been working out FOR ME and I want

to say may very well be the secret to weight loss.




Now keep in mind everything that I have posted in in the health and fitness

section of this forum is mainly information I have learned following

the men's health and fitness book!



This book teaches you how to lose weight fast and keep it off!

Now I believe the premise and the secret to this book is simply this right here:

"Ramp your metabolism up so high that it starts to burn for you on auto-pilot"




Doing this makes sure that your body burns calories throughout the day

and when your body doesn't have anymore calories to burn, it turns

to the only other source of energy it has! FAT!




Now I have been doing this with great success and in my first two weeks I have

seen amazing results! I suggest you at least give this technique A go!

At one point in my life, I gained more weight than I'd have liked.

It's simple: be more active and eat better.

Learn how calories and carbs effect your weight. Then counter that by not ingesting as many and burring them quicker.
