There was a very hot babe at a bar i was ,which was there with a set of 3 women and a man.this place isht suited for picking up.but well she was amazing and i really wanted to do something.she also seemed 4-5 years older.what do u guys beleive its an efficient way that i could make her notice me,or speak with her,without approaching that set cz as i said it would be very wierd for a strenager to go and talk to a set in that bar

Thats a hard one. You say the bar isnt suited to pick up? break the social norm and do it anyway, women like confidence.
Perhaps you saying it isnt suited to pick up is an excuse created in your mind, a trick your mind plays on you so you don't embarrass yourself.

You can't just hang around the set waiting for a chance to talk to her, she and others will notice the creepy tactics. The only genuine way I could see a way for you to get into that set is either with an opinion opener or perhaps even flat out complimenting the HB 9 and then introducing yourself.

Women deserve to be complimented when they take hours to get ready for a night out, its your duty to let them know you appreciate the effort they made.
