Hoping someone here can help.

There's a girl I work with (Santander Call Centre, Mortgages) who I want to ask out. I think she kind of likes me, though maybe not attracted as such.

I don't see her except for at work, which I want to change. Is there any ways I can work on attraction at work? I don't want to be too obvious, as we work with other people, and would rather not embarrass her or myself.

You could be flirty and charming in a James Bond kind of way... this will pass as innocent office banter in front of the other coworkers while giving you the chance to gauge her interest... you should slip some comments about something fun you are doing outside of your work related connections and when she exhibits interest, tell her it's cool for her to join... make it seem as a non-date, just two people hanging out in a social setting, no pressure or expectations of any kind... this will achieve two of your objectives, not being obvious and not embarrassing you or herself... when you get to meet her, escalate and don't give her any hint that it is just a friendly outing... be the man and let her know that you see her as a woman... good luck!
