To put my question into context:

I was recently introduced to this beautiful German girl, HB9 in my books with the most adorable personality. Near the end of the night she gives me a serious compliment/IOI about my charm or something, and then she asks about my age. She's 4 years older than me, but I exaggerate my age and say like 38 (i'm 18, look older though) just to keep the mystery going and trying to establish more attraction before age really wouldn't matter. A buddy of mine then tells her my real age from then on she visibly loses interest.

This isn't the first time age has been a problem. How's the best way to reframe age into a good thing? and what could I have said in this situation?

"You look young, how old are you?"
"Old enough to know how, young enough to go all night?"

Yep, I've had this a few times.

HB: "How old are you?"
Me: "How old do you think I am?"
HB: "You look about 20"

Or
HB: "How old are you?"
Me: "24, knocking on now"
HB: "Wow you don't look that old"

This isn't advice though, because I definately don't feel like am making progress with them when I use those reponses. I do like the "Old enough to know how, young enough to go all night?" line, have to try that out next time.

well you are talking about "re-framing" so sit down, get a pen and paper and think logically about how you would do that! The problem is that you are qualifying yourself to her; is your age "acceptable" to her - you need to switch this and be smart - if you know the question is coming potentially then get in their first, some examples...

PUA: your too old for me babe!

PUA: do you have the energy to keep up with me?!

PUA: 5 year from now I will ditch you for a younger hotter 24y.o. who looks just like you!

whole point being that it is now switching to her saying e.h. HB: no Im not too old, or no I can keep up with you etc. So the frame you want to create is that she is chasing you! Or you can use the creepy frame e.g.

PUA: are you even allowed to be dancing near young, sexy guys like me,, aren't you on parole for that?! When did they let you out of prison, blah blah ....

worse thing is to go into her frame and try and prove your not too young and you are good enough for her. This is just another example of a shit test as they say so treat it like one
