One of my sticking points that can mislead totally a HB, is not rewarding her and overnegging her. What are some good examples of rewarding a HB, with and without words when she gives out IOIs, compliments and etc?

Hey man, there are entire chapters in pick-up books devoted to the topic... basically you want to reward an IOI with an IOI and a IOD with a IOD... examples:

- the girl asks "what's your name" (IOI) then you turn your body towards her acknowledging her presence in a larger group (IOI)
- the girl picks up the convo when it's losing speed (IOI) then you reward her by telling her a connection story (IOI)
- the girl compliments your fashion sense (IOI) then you tell her that coming from her, it means something (IOI) implying that she is a stylish person
- the girl stays with you at the club when her friends leave (IOI) then you introduce her to your social circle (IOI)
- you talk to the girl and she interrupts the convo to read a text message (IOD) then you turn your shoulder to her (IOD)
- you take her by the hand to lead her to another part of the club which she refuses (IOD) then you let go of her hand (IOD)

You get the point... don't be a dick to girls that are behaving all right and don't take shit from girls that are treating you like dirt...

negging is just a way to break the bitch shield and is best abandoned once the girl starts behaving properly... over-negging will get the girl to think that this is who you are all the time and make her run the opposite direction... Good luck!

That's really good advice.

Traditional PUA advice leads to endless negging and too much "playing it cool". This gets results first, but there's a time to move on from that, when you make progress with a woman.

Also it can make you a bit blind to critical IOI's that, if ignored, will cause you to lose the girl altogether. Eg. one time in my early days, she said "So, I'll see you again?" after a really good date, and I said "hahah maybe". Then she said "Bye." and that was it! I should have said "Of course!"
