My first attempt to use pua stuff, and guess what it actually works better than dozens of attempts of being my 'lame self'
After modifying a canned first message sent to a girl that looks somewhat compatible:

her QUICK response was something like
"Hahaha"

and as a response...
I saw her profile picture that featured a hipster outfit, so I negged her by telling her she looked like a bum, and asked her if she was goin to bring a change cup whenever we hanged out (Implicitly stated that we will be hanging out) then threw the qualifier 'loop jumping' and asked her for 3 reasons she should give me in order for me to reply back... however she smelled the pattern and replied... "You sure watch a lot of reruns of the Pickup artist"... Busted!So How should I respond to this, after all she did replied(My neg was not canned, but not typing it to protect our identities), but I hit a dead end and I dont want to loose face, and I know with the right response I can get the to the next step... Can any of the Pros gimme some help?

Use c\f to diffuse her then try to have a real conversation and relate with her. Don't worry about doing a neg, qualification into a double back flip to impress her.

Downfall of over-complicating things. A trap that newbies usually got caught it. Rather than focus on your interaction and genuinely LISTEN and GET TO KNOW the girl, you're too obsessed with all the technical PUA stuffs.

Second thing is the whole "Fake it until you make it" concept. If you don't have the strong frame and confidence to pull it off, DON"T. From the way you wrote, you show every bit of an insecure trying hard beta male, women can smell this 3 seconds in yet you act like you're Tony Stark. My advice is to ditch the whole PUA mentality and techniques, be sincere. Be yourself. PUA concepts are there to help you become a better and more attractive version of yourself, not to becoming ANOTHER Mystery.

I've rarely been called out on PUA stuffs since I usually don't use canned materials. Most of my stuffs are original with a twist of my humor. Although sometimes when I do the cube routine, girls called me out. Rather than make it about myself, I flip the switch and ask more about the stuffs such as "Oh you read it too, did you find it interesting? How? Tell me" - then just sit there with a smirk while they're qualifying or explaining themselves.

Last, NEVER EVER use a NEG online. It rarely delivers well, just like sarcasm.

Not necessary. Use PUA knowledge to find where your weaknesses lie and make improvement from there. If you're bad at approaching, do 10 simple approach a day aiming for rejection (bizarre stuffs like would you go home with me right off the bat, that way you get used to being rejected, it won't faze you next time). If you suck at talking to girls, learn how to do it effective, etc.... The point I'm trying to make is try different things and concepts to figure out what works best for you and create your own unique game. Don't be another Mystery, Style, 60s, etc...

I think this is one of the biggest problems with people's idea of 'pick up'. You shouldn't be able to be "caught out using it". It's not like robbing a bank where you are clearly doing something.

It should just become a part of you. It shouldn't be like "oh look at that guy playing cards in the bar", or "oh look at that guy playing roulette in the casino". A girl shouldn't be able to say "oh look at that guy doing pick up".

You want to just be talking to girls. Yeah you can run the odd routine if the conversation luls, or as an opener, or even just chuck it in randomly every now and then if you really want to. And yeah, a lot of the stuff on here about building your confidence with girls is crucial.

But stop thinking of it as "the GAME" and just start thinking of it being a personal improvement thing. You're trying to improve how you interact with girls, and improve yourself at the same time (or even moreso). Trying to stick to an imaginary set of "rules of the game" will end up with you messing up more than it will help you.

Who cares about a clever response. Stop trying to over-game. Just ignore her comment and move on with the conversation. Something like "Haha very funny.. do anything exciting this weekend?"

it is better to be 'lame your self' as long as it takes, then being even more lame trying to be some one else, only guys who develop there own style(and i am not saying 100% your own, but you should take only what feets to your character+having tone of you own stuff), will be a good player.
