There's nothing shady about meeting someone for breakfast. And no, don't text her anything while she is having breakfast, it makes you seem clingy and insecure. Although you already messed up by being concerned about her being exclusive. Fact of the matter is that a man should never ever be the one to bring up exclusivity. She needs to be worrying that you are tempted and could replace her anytime - not trying to "behave" herself because her bf is getting insecure and jealous.
