Do we need to text our GF's everyday? i mean there are days when we men just don't have time to be on our Phone. in my case, if I don't text her everyday she starts to worry and will call me to see i'm okay.

I guess it depends on the girl and the state of a relationship. It definitely shouldn't be an obligation or it'll come off as forced.

Of course, if you developed an habit of texting her every hour, she'll think something's wrong with you if you don't text for 5+ hours.

Her being worried is a good thing. Give it a rest for a day every now and then.

Concern, or Worry? Concern for your wellbeing, or worry you're losing interest?

Either way its not healthy to have cortisol (the stress hormone) course through your veins, I'd discuss this with her. I don't think its ever a good idea to play on another person's insecurities especially when you are aware of those soft spots.
