Alright is there a post dedicated to setting up your profile? Because i've gone like 0-15 on getting responses. I dont know if its just that i'm fugly or my profile sucks lol. I do fine in person, but this online thing is a total confidence destroyer.

Some quick tips from the top of my head:

For pictures:

1)Take a shot with a pro camera, a close-up, focusing your face, blurring the envinronment.

2)Photos looking away from the camera are perceived more attractive for women according to studies.
*Looking above: Dreamer, religious, happy, content.
*Looking down : Deep, emotional, artist, interesting.
*Looking sides: Confident, cocky, trickster.

3)Take the shot in a well illuminated envinronment.

4)Place your body on a position of 45 degrees angle, appears more attractive and makes you the focus. It shows masculinity.

5)Make it stand out, by an effect, a filter, give it a little touch-up, photoshop it a little.

6)Besides the profile picture, put some 5-8 others that will paint a picture of who you're.

7)Make sure there are embeded characteristics in the photos about the personality you have, the passions you have, let them know who you are.

8. Try to have pictures where women appear too, so women that view them can't help but to think you have options or at least female friends. It communicates you're not creepy, which is very important.

9)One of the first things to communicate is a social life outside, "social proof".

For profile:

1)Address why you're using the site, for them not to assume you can't meet women in real life.

2)Write a funny, quirky and interesting profile. Don't take it too seriously.

3)Embed key attractive characteristics that will make you appear attractive.

4)Put your passions up in a way that will make people want to know about it, be intrigued about it.

5)Understand that when women are reading your profile they’re trying to find facts and characteristics of what type of guy you are.

6)Don't bragg about your money, instead embed subtly in some way that you got resources so you'll appear like a provider.

For the messages I would suggest:

1)Send messages that are funny, interesting, humorous, messages that will evoke a reaction. But not needy ones.

2)Be playful, non-needy, and cool. Try to make them unique.

3)If she has something on her profile, something you could tease her about but not in a way where you can appear like if you're insulting her, great, go for it.

This is my profile summary, and getting pro pictures will be a problem, most people i know just use their phones lol. Or you mean go to a photographer and take some pro pics?...

Never thought I'd be on here, but hey I always say dont knock it till you try it! And since I just recently moved to Washington from California, I figured it would be a great opportunity to meet new people.

If i'm at home relaxing I enjoy watching movies like: The Princess Bride, Stardust, Knocked Up....and oddly enough I just realized I like romantic comedies.....

So we'll just move along to what else I enjoy doing. I have a lot of fun lifting weights, boxing, and 5k events. Which is nice because it helps me stay in shape.

However, I am twice as passionate about finding the best places to eat in town....its a vicious cycle wouldnt you agree?

Your profile is really boring which is probably part of why you do not get any responses. Think outside the box.

Nah short is good.. the way I have come up with many of my profiles is to look at what other guys are doing and NOT do that. The problem with a lot of profile advice is that people ask the wrong question. A profile's greatness needs to be put in context. If you make 10 women read your profile to completion, then a long interesting profile is good. However, that isn't the context of online dating. The context is women BROWSING, so you need a profile that sucks them in RIGHT AWAY, at a glance. This means catchy headline, and very catch first line, or profile structure, etc.

How bout this? Is this too long or too boring still? Fuck i suck at talking about myself....

New to the great state of Washington or what I like to call - the northwet. I moved for work and to continue my education to become a network engineer.

Since moving to the northwet, I've been taking advantage of the different trails available. My favorite trail so far is Cherry Creek falls, but I intend to explore many more trails when the weather allows. So looking for someone to help keep the mountain cougars at bay.

I also enjoy lifting weights and boxing. But who doesnt right?..... Instead next year I'll be training to complete the SpartanRun, WarriorDash, and MudRun. Think you have what it takes!? You'll know at the finish line!

Of course everyone has lazy days. I like to spend those catching up on The Walking Dead or Game of Thrones. I also love movies like The Princess Bride and Stardust, yes I just admitted to loving romantic comedies!

There is a section in the FB Seduction System that teaches about what to do and not to do when setting up your profile. It can be applicable to other platform online as well.

Heres my new one what you think, least tell me i'm going in right direction haha

I'm not much of a runner, but since I had a blast doing the color and zombie run. I now wake up at 8am to jog and train for a more grueling race, the SpartanDash -Ahoo ahoo!!

Afterwards, I take a warm shower (stay focused ladies) and head off to work. Where I use my resourcefullness to keep the internet up and running; so the woman of the world can browse through pinterest and the men can play call of duty.

The days when the Nortwet allow the sun to shine. I love to be a little adventurous and hike through the forest to feel the warmth, enjoy the scenery, listen to the streams, and be on the lookout for any hungry mountain lions looking for a meal......

My match is someone who loves to keep active, wants to expore the great state of Washington, and is a bit quirky!!

For the most part, that's pretty good. I'm not sure what you are aiming for with the "bit quirky" part. It's a pre-emptive neg?

While being portrayed as having women who want to be with you definitely works in the real world, to what degree should it be pushed online? Could it not be perceived as vain and showing off? Or does the number of women who are completely turned off by this so low that it's no big deal to let them move on?
I've had about 50/50 luck with it so it's hard to tell if I pushed that too hard on the wrong ones or if they just simply weren't interested or for the ones who I did have luck with if they took interest in that or it didn't matter to them.
OR... Does it come down to exactly what kind of girls you're targeting?

I usually mean it to be unique and fun. I guess it can sometimes come off wrong online i guess. I'll probably change it to something else tomorrow, any suggestions? Maybe i could just say fun, keep it simple hah!
