Last week I was out with a few friends and my target HB 8.0 was around. I knew her already previously but this time I decided to completely ignore her and game her (girl) friends. At first I wasnt sure whether it was working but eventually I started to get some reactions. My target became very jealous and suddenly much more talkative and needy for my attention. So it had worked.

But the other day I was out again but this time she was not there. Forgetting this I wanted to have a good time anyway and decided to test out some negs and openers. Overall the evening went well and ended up gaming two girls HB 7's seperately, but afterwards I realised I shouldn't have done that.
Those two girls were close friends to my original HB 8.0 target and I feel I have over-used the jealousy test. She isn't responding to messages or texts so I think she has lost interest. Should you only use the jealously test when your target is there? Or am I reading too much into this and freeze her out for several days?

Do you mean the 'jealous girlfriend' opener or just standard game of working on the friends on your way to the target? I'd never use the jealous girlfriend opener or any other canned lines from the books. As for working the friends, carry on. If you feel like you're being ignored by the target, just let it go and carry on sarging in other settings with girls who aren't connected to any of this.

Sounds like you might be susceptible to a bit of one-itis here, so it's best to keep on sarging.

I think you should have gamed those HB 7's only when the HB 8 is in the room. The fact that she wasn't there meant that her friends might have just told her 'yeah hes not into you'. However if she was there you could game all three of them thus making her jealous.

Some usual stuff here, thanks for the help people. Althought its quite a simple subject area to some, its one area I have not completely fully understood until now.
Also I might as well mention my original target HB 8 has now sent me a message with a couple of IOI's. Looks like I did read into it too much. However i've overcome 1-itis, and have already moved on.
