anyhow while im doing really well for money and keeping on top of my studies it kind of sucks that i have so little time to do anything besides occasionally hitting third base, even when i get home from work im too tired to chat to girls via text or messenger.

I know im doing right by myself in the long term but damn this sucks especially compared to last year where while i was unemployed i was doing pretty good with females in that respect.

It took me three months of going out 7 nights a week to get my first lay. I mean, I could have banged a fattie. But I ended up with an 18 year old hottie. And I dated her for a few months too.

As a full time worker/full time student i know your pain. If dropping your hours at work isn't an option, you're going to have to "game" on the go. That means chatting up everyone when you transition from work to uni or in between. Setting the time to game is where many of us go wrong, if you want to get really good at it while maintaining your hours it shouldn't be an activity you choose to do on the side, it , ideally, should be apart of your life.

If you need to set aside time for these sorts of things, then i guess you'll either have to take leave or wait for your school breaks to come along. I personally find just talking to people on the go to be the easiest solution. At gym, public transport, on the street, that kind of thing. Hope it all works out for you

Not really sure what help you're expecting here. We can't magic time up for you! I would agree with Pakros above that you don't need to set time aside as such. Just chat to girls in your class, or who you meet on the bus into work, or who come into the bar (if you work in a bar, you're in a very social job, take advantage of it). But other than that, it's up to you - either cut down on your hours of work/uni and game more, or don't.

It's hard balancing the work and student life at the same time, but that's what you've chosen to do with your life. It will mean you're more successful further down the line so will help you then. Until then, it's a matter of working with what you've got.

I think your right, to be fare it's an English pub mainly for middle aged people, families and city bankers

well to be fair, I think I'd work on getting another bar-tending job with a younger clientele if the demographic is really that bad, then your problem would pretty much solve itself unless you had worse game than Candyland.

Besides if you are earning way more money than you spend then you dont need this money. You are young you have a lifetime to save so do 10 hours less work a week, then you have 10 hours more to do something worthwhile.
