I was wondering about something.

Sometimes u feel great, confident, with the women, with everybody, for like a week, a month ( or just some days )
and ten suddenly u feel down and weak ( most likely to happen after a PEAK ) and there goes your confidence.

I just talked about that with a friend and he has that also. I noticed how last week I was feeling so great, made a lot of people laugh, hooked up with a girl. And this week, I feel depressed and very low self-esteem. I don't find any fun in anything.

I know this is purely psychological. Does anybody expereicne the same?How could you influence your "cyclic life" and get longer ups instead of the constant up-down-part. I think everybody has ups and downs, and it's just how you handle with them. But when I feel down I don't want to do anything and I don't know how to solve that.
