No, there is absolutely none. Embedded commands are just a tiny screw in a massive vehicle.
Although useless by themselves, it's useful to think of it in terms of what's called the Blackjack Rule. All suggestions should be said 15-21 times for there to be any impact.

if you wanna look at embedding commands study ross jeffries, speed seduction is good for anchoring, embedding commands, weasal phrases, and so on. i still think the best book on hypnotic language is trance-formations by bandler and grinder(if you can get it, its been out of print for years) or try bandlers guide to trance-formations, sadly its not a simple as when i click my fingers youll sleep with me.

Check out Igor Ledochowski's "Conversational hypnosis" for embedded command instruction. Embedded commands after they were first discovered were only taught then to registered Psychologists/Psychiatrists such was the considered "danger" of them being used by the wrong people. I've been using them for about ten years in pick up and business with a lot of success, it's just a question of memorising six or seven weasel phrases to introduce them, keep them three words maximum repeated three times minimum (the form can be varied) and practice, practice, practice, workmates, friends, shop assistants etc.

Thanks for the info guys. What Kind of techniques do you think I should use that would go good with embedded commands?

To be honest I would disregard embedded commands for the moment. Focusing on them will NOT get you any results. I know many people who think that they'll be a magic bullet and are left being disappointed.
What you should be looking to do is creating a context in which your suggestions will actually be listened to. Before that still, you should be comfortable in your conversational abilities so that you'll actually have the opportunities to use your influence.

As has been recommended already, Igor Ledochowski's Conversational Hypnosis course is the best resource I've come across in regards to covert hypnosis. I think however, a more formal grounding in hypnosis can move the learning process along very quickly.
I've bought his Professional Hypnotherapy DVD's and his Mind Bending Language DVD's, both of which add such a dynamic to the way influence is achieved. I've nowhere near absorbed all the information in these programs, but my abilities have shot up.
Conversational Hypnosis is not meant to be difficult, it's just misunderstood. No suggestion (or embedded command) will work on somebody unless the context is there for them to accept the suggestion.

would you like to tell something about your first success with embedded commands?
.
Such as did it work without context, and how many times you had to repeat the same suggestion, what type of suggestion was it, and was this in the form of sentence fragment or seperate words?
.
I am curious because I am on the same stage you were when you posted your question on embedded commands.
.

well you really should do it in a context like a connection pattern, so that it will work 100% of the time. however i have used them by themselves and they have worked by themselves. ill just do like 3 commands. things like "like me" and "you like me" and youll wanna say it like that too, not like "I like him" because your unconscious will actually precieve the command as comming from outside of the brain and not from within. it works sometimes. maybe 50 percent of the time. it seems to work more reliably when i combine it with normal pickup like push pull or dhv or something.

Embedded commands aren't all they are cracked up to be. Girls will consciously hear them and may be intrigued, but it's not like you are somehow going enslave her with your magical words. Yet you can pick up a lot of info from ppl's phraseology.

I wouldn't say that. In my experience they've been pretty helpful by themselves. I'm not gonna say that they work 100 percent of the time because that's not true. But they seem to work every time when I put them in a pattern, and most of the time when I mix them with normal techniques like push pull and dhv routines. That I know, just from personal experience.
