For LMR you can follow Mystery Method to overcome that...this is basically where you act like your not that interested when she resist your moves to sexually advanced. Then you "punish" her just by leaving her alone and then after about 5-10 minutes just come back and try to sexually advance again...

Mystery methods states that after one or two moves like this by you...her LMR should diminish and by the 3rd time surely disappears!
