You randomly asked a co-worker to go on a trip? I assume you know this girl? You're dating? How long? What's your relationship?
If you're not dating or at least sleeping together then asking her to go on a trip seems like a large move... no?

She seems interested when I ask her about it, but I don't maybe she's way just being nice about it.

Try a date first maybe?
